    Stephen K. De Silva is a retired CPA and the former CFO of Bethel Church in Redding, California. After 25 years of serving in this role, Stephen started his own ministry, Prosperous Soul, which is aimed at equipping believers to steward money well. With his unique approach and pastoral humor, Stephen shares a spirit-led, biblical methodology that brings lasting change to a person’s finances.
